Terms of Service

All appointments must be booked in advance via phone, WhatsApp, or our online contact form. Walk-in guests are welcome subject to therapist availability.

A booking is confirmed only upon receiving an acknowledgement from our team. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule bookings at our discretion.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary consultation forms and to begin your relaxation experience without rush.

We request a minimum of 4 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service value.

No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full service amount.

We understand that emergencies happen. In genuine cases, please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, UPI, and major debit/credit cards.

Prices are as displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your booking is the price confirmed at the time of booking.

Package prices are valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase and are non-transferable to other guests.

For your safety and the safety of our therapists, please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or recent surgeries before your treatment. Certain treatments may be contraindicated for specific conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may be harmful to your health or wellbeing.

Guests are requested to shower before treatments involving body wraps, scrubs, or hydrotherapy. Disposable undergarments are provided where required.

Royal Spa & Salon maintains strict hygiene standards. All equipment, linens, and treatment surfaces are sanitised between each guest.

Our spa services are available to guests aged 18 years and above. Guests between 16 and 18 years may avail certain treatments with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.

We reserve the right to request proof of age.

Royal Spa & Salon is a professional wellness establishment. We expect all guests to conduct themselves with respect towards our staff and fellow guests.

Any form of inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the service without refund, and the guest may be asked to leave the premises.

Our therapists are trained professionals. Any requests that fall outside the scope of legitimate spa treatments will not be entertained.

Royal Spa & Salon is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or securing them in the lockers provided.

Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Vouchers must be presented at the time of redemption and are valid for the period stated on the voucher. Expired vouchers will not be honoured.

Packages are valid for a single guest unless explicitly described as a couples' package.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please bring it to the attention of our manager during your visit so we may address it promptly.

Refunds will not be issued for services that have been fully rendered, or for cancellations made outside the notice period specified in our Cancellation Policy.

Royal Spa & Salon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability in any event shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for any adverse reactions to treatments where the guest has not disclosed relevant health information prior to the service.

The content on our website is for general informational purposes only. While we strive to keep information accurate and up to date, we make no warranties regarding the completeness or accuracy of the content.

Unauthorised use of our website content, images, or branding is prohibited and may constitute an infringement of our intellectual property rights.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
